DESIGN OF PRACTICAL SOLAR POWER GENERATING DEVICE CONCEPT ON FLAT ROOF APPLICATION WITH ANGLE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM

Electrical energy has become one of the priority energy sources in meeting human needs. To meet this electricity need, various innovations have been created by humans. Solar Power Plants (PLTS) are one of the innovations that have been used by humans to answer the need for Electrical Energy. One of the challenges currently facing Indonesia is regarding the fulfillment of electricity needs for the community and industry. This challenge is inseparable from the lack of Human Resources who are competent enough to install the PLTS system. This challenge is caused by the lack of education that supports equipping educated workers who have the competence to install the PLTS system. Various instruments are needed to equip someone to obtain this expertise. One way is to create a practical tool that can be used in the education process to achieve this expertise. The purpose of this study is to obtain a concept design for a practical tool for Solar Power Plants on flat roof applications with certain angle settings. The concept design of this tool is a design for a learning tool that can help practitioners gain competence regarding the installation of Solar Power Plant systems. The research method used begins with a literature study, to obtain accountable written references related to the research topic to be studied. Next, comparative research is carried out. According to Nasir, this comparative research is a type of descriptive research that seeks to find fundamental answers about cause and effect, by analyzing the factors that cause the occurrence or emergence of a particular phenomenon.
