In order to support the Green Campus program under Climate Change Anticipation Funding, the Polimdo green campus team has joined the Sustainability Workshop on Waste Management conducted at Kertabumi Recycling Center, Tangerang, Banten. During these activities, the team was able to participate in learning the way of plastic waste management including on how to make a handicraft by using plastic waste.

They also learned the eco-enzyme production, paper waste recycling and the composting method of organic waste. The output of this workshop is to support the aim of Polimdo to become one of the education centers on waste management in Manado City and enhance the community-based program through collaboration with stakeholders that has a full concern on waste management to save our environment.
