This research has great urgency in facing the demands of increasing skills in the field of renewable energy, especially Solar Power Plants (PLTS). With a focus on the development of household-scale PLTS practical tools based on Rooftop Installation, this research aims to provide innovative solutions in practical learning that are in accordance with user needs. The main objective of the research is to obtain a practical tool product that can be effectively and efficiently used as a learning tool and competency testing in the rooftop-based PLTS installation process. This research applies the Research and Development (R&D) method to design, develop, and test practical tools that can be used as a means of testing PLTS installation competency. The outputs include first, the development of innovative PLTS practical tools as a means of practical learning in educational environments. Second, the preparation of a comprehensive work guide module to guide users in using the practical tool. Third, a product feasibility study report that includes analysis of customer needs, market conditions, technical, financial, and economic. Fourth, a simple certified patent document to protect innovation from legal aspects and intellectual property rights. Fifth, publication of international journal output indexed in reputable databases to contribute to the development of science and technology.
